** 24 hour notice Instructions**

There is a requirement to notify the county 24 hours before an inspection. You will need to login to the Gulf County Portal and send a Gulf Notice of Inspection.

As well Florida Statute requires private providers to send notice to the Building Official 24 Hours in advance of any inspection being performed. The enforcement of this process has changed dramatically recently, and we will be required to comply 100% going forward. If an installer tries to submit an inspection request that has no associated 24 Hour notice the inspection request will be rejected until such notice is verifiable.

Here is the way we prefer the process be done:

Send an email by 1pm the day prior to your inspections to inspections@ici.work. The email should have the following:

Subject: “NOI 24-Hour Inspection Notice for Permit #: xxxxxxxxxx”

Body: Should contain the Permit #, Jobsite Address, inspection types to be performed, and the expected date of inspection. Please call 888-820-1180 for any questions.
